By signing below before a witness, I acknowledge that I do not have general liability insurance to cover the food I am selling at the Iron City Festival. I fully understand that if anyone should get hurt on any of my equipment that I am FULLY responsible for all expenses incurred. I hereby acknowledge that ___________________ _________________________is (are) the primary person(s) who cooked the food being sold at my booth. If I am not the cook, the person(s) cooking any part of the food must also sign a release. If anyone should become sick from the food sold from my booth, I understand that the person(s) preparing the food and the person(s) selling the food will accept ALL responsibility. I hereby release the Blacksburg Business Association, Inc, the Iron City Festival, the Town of Blacksburg, and the owner of the property where I am selling my products from any financial obligations should something happen as explained above.

EVERYONE SHOULD BE SET UP BY 8:30 AM.

Display, exhibit, and demonstration areas are free if no merchandise or service is being sold-- (health fair exhibitors do not pay even if you are selling a service).
Otherwise, the space cost is $25.00 for a 10‘x10‘ ($20.00 non-profits) or $40.00 for 10’x20’…POLITICAL spaces are the same rate …Vehicles CANNOT be left at display area.
